Bar Leather Apron
Mixologists on staff to make you a bomb ass drink served up right! This great gem hidden away in a business building specializes in whiskey and unique drinks. Make a reservation and sit at the bar, the bartender explains each drink and and does alittle show while he makes the drinks. Cant go wrong with any of the drinks on the menu- Best Old Fashioned Ive had.
Michel's At The Colony
Come here for a French cuisine and a sunset. t’s located right on the ocean, so if you get a window seat, then you’ll have a great view, especially if you’re facing the city. Excellent service and great food. Overall it is an expensive restaurant, but it is worth it. Try the Steak Diane and chocolate soufflé.

This Industrial loft bar is a great place to get coffee during the day, and their famous banana-peanut butter toast with honey while watching the outside bustling downtown. Then its a Night Club/cocktail bar. Fun place for some drinks and music. come on down brah!

The food is delicious, but the Polynesian dances from all over the Pacific are fascinating and fun. Get the Lava flow drink.

This is a speakeasy Above Aloha Beer. Bad Ass! They have a list of cocktails, spirits and Aloha Beer on tap. Try Keep it Country. The charcuterie board and fries which are both tasty and filling. Roaring 20s speakeasy decor. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.
Old Waialua Sugarmill Coffee
Come and see how your coffee gets to you cup. Oh Chocolate as well! This little gem includes a soap factory, boutique, surf shop, community kitchen, and gift shop...which includes a tour of how Cisco and coffee are both grown, harvested, and then taste tests of the products!! Good spot to stop at on your way to the beach, break up a long drive.
Fresh Ahi
Stop off along the road at the end of the day for the fresh ahi sold by dudes with coolers. Its good!

Kaau Crater Hike
This 5 mile hike might take you a day, or less, probably less? However, it will take you by 3 different waterfalls. Pretty epic. This hike is not too challenging until the 3rd waterfall which you climb up to get to the ridge portion of the hike. This is where it got extremely muddy and a bit dangerous. The view from the top of the ridge is incredible! Pack more food and water. Enjoy the incredible views.
