Bring your Animal loving self and get ready to enjoy a bit more exotic side to eating. with Dishes like Sweet Breads, Marrow, Gizzards to start with, this Incredibly tasty spot in West LA will surprise you and expand your food palate. YOU WILL LOVE THIS! ask for a nice wine pairing and make a reservation. It's popular but still a hidden gem.
The Dresden
This fancy joint was the bar in the movie "Swingers." It has live music, and entertainment and is a really eclectic location for dinning as well as a night out. Take a walk along Vermont street in Los Feliz, this area and check out the rest of the neighborhood. It will not disappoint.
Jumbo's Clown Room
A dive bar/Pole-Dancing Strip Club, this place is a great night out that won't offend anyone, at least not most people. It's NOT a strip club. But the girls do amazing pole dancing and you can get yourself a reasonably priced cocktail and throw a few $1 bills for the entertainment. Usually a line to get in but word has it, if you wear a Jumbo"s Clown Room T-shirt, you get to the front.
Malibu Wine Safari
Explore Saddlerock Ranch’s 1,000 acres of rugged hills home to zebras, alpacas, and movie star Stanley the giraffe, all while sampling some of the region’s best wines. If slots are sold out for the day, visit the Malibu Wines tasting terrace instead. You won’t get the chance to feed a giraffe, but you’ll have ample opportunity to wine the day away to the tune of live music and wedding-worthy scenery.
The Abbey
West Hollywoods Gay Bar, Everyone is welcome and everyone goes. The music and energy are always amped at this place unless you are here for the day time getting food. Two time winner of the best gay bar in the world.
The Grove
A trip to LA is not complete without a visit to The Grove, located just south of West Hollywood in the city’s Fairfax district. Peruse any of the pop-up shops, browse the collections at Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, or Sephora, and perhaps catch a movie at Pacific Theatres. And while you’re at it, you can’t miss the Dominique Ansel Bakery for some sweet treats!
Walt Disney Concert Hall
For a culture fix, admire the Frank Gehry-designed walls of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, home to the LA Philharmonic. Or, perhaps spend the remainder of your morning wandering through the contemporary art exhibits inside The Broad. General admission is free, but must be ticketed. Book your slot in advance online, or try to snag walk-up entry via the onsite standby line.

You have to have In N Out at least once in California. Might as well do it at LAX where the Jumbo Jets fly right over you as they land.
Phillpe's French Dip
This is a classic joint in China Town. Come and step back in time with all the signs and old artifacts for some incredible lunch and make sure you bring CASH, they don't accept credit cards. The french dip au jus is mouth watering. slap on some hot mustard and enjoy. You wont be disappointed.
Grand Central Market
The sprawling marketplace takes all of LA’s best vendors and puts them together under one roof – with options ranging from the raw juices on offer at Press Brothers Juicery to the famous egg brioche sandwiches of Eggslut. Down the street, explore the Instagram-friendly bookshelves of The Last Bookstore, the largest new and used bookshop in the state.
BreakRoom 86
Break Room 86. This nostalgic joint will make you relive the good parts of the 80's. With a Speak easy style entrance, You enter in through a faux vending machine that leads you right to a dance floor. The drink menus at the bar are printed on VHS covers with clever 80's themes. Stick around and the bar back disappears to giveway to a stage with a few dance performances that are a coyote ugly meets Jane Fonda workout video. Like nothing you've ever seen. The hallways are lined with old arcade games to play to further give the experience of the era of hanging out at the arcade. It wouldn't be proper for this place to be in K-town without karaoke right? Well they have private rooms for that too. This should be on your "To-Do" list.

This Venice bakery is LA's best breakfast spot. From the freshly baked loaves to their in house smoked fish. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. So , beat the crowd and get there as soon as they open.
Griffith Observatory
Nestled in the Hollywood Hills. The observatory is free to the public and open every day except for Mondays. You’ll catch unparalleled views of the city in all its glamour and sparkle, stretching from the downtown skyline in the south, to the famed Hollywood Sign next door.

A little joint in Koreatown that will fill you up and satisfy your appetite. Consistently-packed Korean BBQ hot spot. TIP-you can ask for more free soup. Get the potato soup. Its not potato. and the spare ribs. BOMB!
LACMA
Los Angeles County Museum of Art. You definitely should see the iconic outdoor Urban Light exhibit, and it’s worth exploring the intricate Pavilion for Japanese Art. Tickets are $25 for non-LA residents; some exhibits require additional, timed ticketing. Keep in mind that the museum is closed on Wednesdays.
