This is a really cool museum to check out and spend some time. It will make you nostalgic and stimulate your senses. It was founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen in 2000 as the Experience Music Project. The museum would feature exhibits on popular music, film, theater, gaming and comic books.

Space Needle

The grounds around this are instagram worthy and the space needle itself will allow you some cool views. (tourist trap) You can also purchase tickets online that will save you alot of time. Looking down on the glass floor is both scary and awesome at the same time. Enjoy the city lights and the beautiful views.

Tilikum Cafe

Get your self a Dutch Baby and everything else on the menu for brunch. The food is delicious, especially the Beef brisket eggs hollandaise over savory bread pudding. The only downside is you really have to reserve well in advance plus parking might be a bit of a challenge.

Seatown (Tom Douglas)

Seafood.... After a morning walking around Pike Place sit outside and enjoy the park and water view with some delicious food. Get the Dungeness Crab Benedict for breakfast and seafood for the rest of the day. The bar offers some great libations to get you going as well. Do not skip this!

Unicorn Bar

Words cannot describe this bar. you just need to come and see this for yourself. You won't be disappointed

Bainbridge Island

A quick ferry ride across the sound. Wine tasting and small mom and pop shops and boutique stores. Such as Blackbird bakery, Bruciato for some pizza, Jake’s Pickup for some quick lunch. Head to Bainbridge Island Museum of Art for some contemporary art.

Bis On Main

Bellevue's little gem, owner Joe is a man who has made this place feel like a home for those dining or grabbing a libation at the bar. The choices range from healthy to comforting. You might rub elbows with Bill Gates and his wife, or maybe some Boeing execs.

Hiking

The area around Seattle is chalk full of outdoor activities outside of the city. Hiking being one of them. The Rattlesnake Trail is a gradual and easy 2 miles up. During the hike you find yourself surrounded by huge mossy cedar trees and nice boulders, you’ll like these boulders. Love waterfalls? Take a hike on along the trails of Snoqualmie Falls. You will get a lower and upper view of the massive waterfall. The feeling that nature is so incredible awe-inspiring, it gives you goosebumps in the best way!

Canon Bar

A whiskey bar folks. A LOT of whiskey. take your pick and have a go! After making a reservation online and putting down a $25-per-person deposit, you’re in for an unforgettable experience that feels like a trip to Willy Wonka’s Factory - only without any annoying children , and you’re sampling amazing drinks instead of candy. The space is impressive, the bar is huge that the bartenders need ladders. The drinks are so unique and creative like the “Hart To Hart,” which has gin, pineapple rum, raspberry, falernum, sparkling rosé, and bitters, but is served in a glass necklace that you have to wear while you sip.

Rob Roy Cocktail Lounge

You're going to get a proper drink coming here. It's a place I come and visit every time when i visit Seattle. From January to November, its a usual bar. But in December, theres a Christmas explosion, with decorations everywhere and a daily holiday drink special. After youve gotten something to eat, enjoy a drink or two. Fun and lively crowd.

Grappa

Take a trip to the Mediterranean without leaving the states. Located in Queen Anne, Great Greek/Italian home dishes and cocktails. Sometimes, you need a big bowl of pasta and nothing’s going to stand in your way. The pesto gnocchi and the burrata are a must try. Romantic and dark lighting so you can enjoy an intimate evening , just you and your loved one(pasta)

5 Point Cafe

A Grunge Cafe with great diner food and cocktails and beer to go along with it.

Sun Liquor

A distillery. What needs to be said? They make their own booze! They do get crowded at times, but the happy hour and interesting mix of people are a hard-to-beat combo. Great drinks and a fun place to be.

Rainier BBQ

Going out of your way just a bit to this area will afford you a plethora of options of ethnic foods in this neighborhood. Rainier BBQ will win your heart over and stomach with its Vietnamese fare. Get the fried quail.

The Walrus and The Carpenter

A place that does oysters right. Frik, they're amazing! They have other treats as well, but you're coming here for oysters. Its like a tiny farmhouse with an oyster bar inside. For the best experience its best to go during the daytime, when the light comes in from the windows to reflect on the mirrors and the huge marbled bar covered in wire baskets of shellfish friends. Order a glass of rose, eat your oysters ,some fried others raw, and enjoy your day.

Elysian Brewing

Elysian is a local brewery. You can get in home brews, like stout with raspberries or a coffee pumpkin ale, or you can just get other craft beers. Elysian has brewed over 350 craft beers. Some amazing beer needs to be consumed here. Grab a seat at the bar and try them all! Life is short, have fun!

Biscuit Bitch

Multiple Locations, you can get a quick and easy southern inspired breakfast fix with different takes on biscuits and gravy. These places are popular for a reason. Don’t miss out on the Bitchwich (a biscuit sandwich with fried egg, sausage or bacon, cheddar, and a spicy sauce) and, by all means, pay the extra dollars to get it smothered in gravy. They also have take out if you don't want to wait on line.
